Dairy free & Gluten free choc-chip cookies

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups almond flour

3 Tbsp rice flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup chocolate chips (I use Lindt 85% dark chocolate and chop it up myself)

These chocolate chips are the perfect lunchbox treat or sweet snack on the go.

Pre-heat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

In a large mixing bowl, mix all Ingredients together, until combined but do not over mix it.

Roll about a tbsp into a ball and flatten it lightly on the baking tray. The cookies will expand

a little, so space them evenly.

Bake for about 12 minutes and let them cool down.
